3. Who will handle my orders?
You will be assigned a Customer Service Representative that will know your account inside out. Your rep will help you with all your uniform and accessories need.
4. Can H.E Brothers provide Embroidery service?
Yes, our fully computerized Embroidery machines can custom embroider onto your garment or stock Emblems. You have a choice of any color and unlimited designs.
5. Will my order be delayed if I need custom work done?
Yes, your order will ship within 5-10 business days. When silkscreen is needed, your order will ship within 10-20 business days.
6. How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards for small payments. We also accept payment through Western Union, Bank Wire Transfer, Direct Deposit.
7. What is your Return / Exchange Policy?
Returns: All apparel, shoes and accessories are subject to a Seven (7) day return policy upon delivery. Merchandise must be unworn, with tickets attached, and accompanied by the original packing list/invoice. Items will be returned for a refund or replacement, less shipping charges.
Shipping charges are not refundable for any purchases. We do NOT refund the cost of shipping only the purchase price of the item.Embroidered, Hemmed, Customized or Altered items to your specifications are NOT RETURNABLE, EXCHANGEABLE, or REFUNDABLE.
Damaged Items: All merchandise must be inspected immediately. Damage Claims must be made within 4 days of delivery. If you think you have a damaged claim please contact us at info@hebrothers.com Please mention DAMAGED in Email Subject or call us at +92-300-87174744. A customer service representative will be glad to help you return the items for a replacement. The original packing slip must be included with your returned damaged merchandise.
Return Authorization Required: Before you return or exchange any item for any reason, you must first contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA) and shipping instructions. A return Authorization number (RA) is required for all returns or exchanges,
We highly recommend that you return your merchandise via common carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc) that will provide you a tracking number. Items received without a Return Authorization Number (RA) will be refused and sent back to you. |
